I was having problems getting it to lift so I called your office and talked to a young man by the name of Aaron. Aaron apologized for the problems, diagnosed it as a wrong pin and adapter and promptly sent me the correct stuff. The stand now works perfectly. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a rear spool stand (forward) and a "NewFront" Front Stand. I don't normally do this, but i am writing to express my sincerest compliments on what have to be the best stands I have ever had the pleasure of using -- BY A MILE! Your web photos simply do NOT do these works of art their due justice. I knew when i opened the box that i was in for a treat, and these things did not disappoint. From the robust build, the strait welds, the heavy duty wheels, to the precise cuts and angles -- these things are better to look at then my bike!! In a an economy where asian crap floods our market, it is a breath of fresh air to see such an unmatchable product. AND -- the icing on the cake --- a phone call answered by a person , a person who takes all your info knows the product, is PROUD of the product, and gets it right the first time! I t was almost too good to be true.

Received the stands yesterday and I felt impelled to write. You guys produce such a great product, the stands feel so solid and well built. I have no worries at all about the safety of my Streetfighter. When I bought the set for my 748, I thought the stands were well built back then. These seem to be built even better! Good to see a company's product getting better and higher in quality over time instead of doing the opposite. Money well spent.

We installed four of the trailer restraints in our Hellcat Racing Endurance Team trailer and I have to share with you what a phenomenal product you guys have!
Originally, the idea was to take the load off the front end and save us a little time and money by not destroying the front end on the long trips during the duration of the season. We quickly found out that was just the beginning. The ease of loading after a long day with hot bikes in a hot trailer brought our loading time from twenty minutes plus to less than five. No tripping over the jungle of straps with multiple bikes with leg burning hot parts!
Last but not least, is the peace of mind knowing that your bikes will not fall over and you do not have to check the straps at every fuel stop.

First off let me state that I'm a loyal customer of yours. I've already own your rear, forklift front, newfront and stands. They are some of the best built tools I've ever seen, and invaluable for working on my bike! Thank you for making such quality products!! When it came time to look into getting a trailer restraint system that wasn't a tie-down system it was a no brainer which company I'd trust to do it right. I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU!. I recently had a Pitbull steering damper that began to rust after an extremely rainy season. When I e-mail Pitbull I was pleasantly surprised that the company stepped up to the plate and offered to rebuild my damper at $0 cost, all I had to do was ship it back. When I sent back the damper I was again pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism when I called to enquire about how the rebuild was going. Additionally I would like to mention the turnaround time of roughly a week was yet another example of how Pitbull demonstrated excellent customer service. In all my customer service experience with Pitbull was a 10/10, and I would not ever hesitate to purchase another Pitbull product or recommend them to my friends.

Good morning. I contacted you guys a couple of weeks ago concerning the fitment for the newfront stand and my 2005 Kawasaki ZX6RR. I was having problems with the bottom of the nose coming in contact with the top of the bar on the stand. I forget who I spoke to but whoever it was, was extremely helpful and sent me a #2 Tall pin and a #3 angled pin to try. I tried both and the #2 Tall is perfect. It leaves me about .5” clearance between the fairing and stand.
Thanks again for a great product ( I have the rear stand as well) and superior customer service. I have been highly recommending your stands to all my friends and members in a large riders club I belong to.

I ordered my stands about 4-5 months ago. The first question from my wife was why so much. My answer because they're worth it and American made. My question to her... you wouldn't crawl under the truck to work on it and expect me to hold it up would you? Quality at its finest and reliability for a life time. Also the new stretch fit hat... the best I've ever worn. Thank You Pit Bull staff from the welders to the office folks.

Perfect. I have a 2005 ZX6RR and had been running an ohlins unit mounted to the frame boss on the left side. Problem was that at full lock left, it would crush my fingers. In a crash, I might not have time to "let go". I figure it was just a matter of time until I got a mangling hand injury. As an emergency doc, a hand injury would pretty much be the end of me. I had looked at your units when I got the bike in 2005, but you hadn't machined the mounts for it yet. Your product works exactly as billed, and the installation was a snap(even for a knucklehead like me), and we'll see how it works at the next track day. I have 100% confidence and would recommend you folks to anybody. I've been using your stands for years; I think I have five of them for the various bikes...anyway, thanks and job well done.

Thanks for sending the tracking number, I actually got the package yesterday morning. All I can say is WOW! I am very impressed with the transport stand!! I just received my order of two pit bull stands for use with a Suzuki Hayabusa and just wanted to say thank you. The stands arrived as promised and I am extremely impressed with the quality of your product. I truly appreciate the fine craftsmanship and design that is obvious from the first use of your product. I got a chance to use the "restraint" system for the first time for my ZX6R this past weekend. What a joy it is to just walk the bike in and forget about it. The system worked perfectly. After spending $3000 on suspension, it's nice not to have to be cranking it down. Oh, and thanks as well for the stickers, I have them prominently displayed.

There are few companies that I've dealt with who really stand(no pun intended) behind their products, who support their customers and don't treat them like they're just morons that are using it wrong, who strive to make products that are user-proof, dummy-proof, and foolproof; and if they end up not being any of those things, they'll redesign and take care of their customers. Pit Bull's handling of the Sport Classic stand issue reflects that, and I'd just like to make sure it's clear that it hasn't gone unnoticed. I own six Pit Bull rear stands, two fronts, and three of your wheel chocks - this is the first time I've had an issue with any of your products, and rather than make me skeptical of the rest of the products I own, it makes me more confident that I made a good choice, and that paying a little more for a Pit Bull branded item instead of buying a cheap knockoff was the right thing to do.

A long time ago when I was ignorant, I purchased a cheaper rear stand for my Ducati to save money(silly rabbit). The pin has long since bent and the stand never would sit my bike level. After buying one of your front stands, it was clear that yours was vastly superior and that is what led to my email and interest(about new rear stand). A great product from a great company.

I want to thank you and your staff for their prompt and friendly business! Last Friday, I placed an online order, by 10AM I received a call from one of your employees, who was by the way, very friendly and helpful. She assured me my order would go out that same day. Sure enough, I received confirmation emails of this and by Tuesday I had my front stand on my door step! I originally ordered your product because of the quality, but now I'm more than happy.
