Shipping & Returns
Orders are currently shipping out between 10-14 business days as stated on the product availability for the products on the website. If product availability does not match the date shown here, the product availability lead time prevails. We will send a shipment confirmation including tracking number when your item ships.
We are not able to expedite orders at this time as we are trying to serve all of our customers fairly. Orders will ship in the order that they are received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
Flat rate economy shipping is available on most in-stock items when ordering $150 or more and shipping to the contiguous United States.
