Fits Harley axle 43000073 found on the '21 Low Rider(and should fit all '18-'24 Softails with narrow axle) if that Harley has a short aftermarket exhaust installed that permits easy access to the rear axle. Check to be sure your axle is fully accessible without the exhaust blocking it in any way, or these pins will not work. You can remove the slip-ons if necessary for clearance, but remember that will need done before each trip if you go that route.
If you do have a bike with the wider rear axle, do not order this kit. Instead check the FHAR015-PIN and be sure you also have a wide TRS frame for using that pin kit.
Generally speaking axle 43000073 is found on the narrow-rear M8 Softails, including Heritage, Slim, Deluxe, Street Bob, Fat Bob 114, and Low Rider S/ST/Standard running the 180ish tire(not the wide tire like found on the Breakout, Fat Boy, etc)
