Kit includes 1 Floor Plate and 1 set of floor mounting hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, spacers) for mounting your trailer restraint in a second location. Now you can easily have a mounting kit in your trailer, another one in the back of your truck or van, and even one on a piece of plywood in your garage if you so desire.
